S. Kershaw & Sons have been in practise for many years. The actual commencement date of the practice is not known, other than it was prior to 1845. The practice specialised in residential management, sales and lettings, and commercial property services. The Heywood Office was opened in 1959 and operates as a sub-office of the Manchester office, providing a service for the local Heywood and Rochdale areas.
