Gale Priggen & Co is a partnership established in 1991, which specialised in all aspects of commercial property, principally in the Mid-Town area.
In addition to our principal activity, commercial agency work, we also provide a comprehensive range of professional services; as well as rent review negotiations, we are able to advise on lease renewal, rating matters valuations, etc.
We have a detailed local knowledge and have built up a comprehensive database, which has been maintained by the partners for over 15 years. Our agency department deal with both disposal and acquisition work, and comprises of the two partners, Tim Gale and Tony Priggen, together with a team of two full-time and one part-time staff. If we are successful in securing this instruction, it will be handled directly by the partners, but with full back up and support of the rest of the team.
All members of the team have a wealth of first hand experience of commercial property in the Holborn area; the partners have combined experience of over forty working years working in the Holborn market.
