Company Overview
The Leeds operation of Colliers CRE is one of the most established and respected in the region. The company has had a strong presence in Yorkshire and the North-East since the 1980s, although its acquisition of Oliver Kitchen & Flynn in 1992 gives it connections right back to the early 19th Century.
Our team, which is more than 35-strong, provides a comprehensive range of services to a wide cross-section of property owners and occupiers in all business sectors. Our clients range from retail, business space and licensed and leisure occupiers to regional development agencies, developers, landowners and private and institutional investors. Our dedicated hotels and leisure division, Colliers Robert Barry also has a team based within our Leeds office.
We provide both consultancy and transactional advice, including agency, investment, rating, valuation, asset and property management, planning and development, building consultancy, rent reviews and lease renewals.
Our main areas of coverage are the Yorkshire & Humber and North-East regions, although our team integrates closely with both our Manchester and Birmingham offices, as well as some of the specialist departments within our London operations.
Our range of expertise and in-depth regional knowledge, together with our understanding of the economic and commercial factors which influence real estate, have attracted many blue-chip clients, although we are equally at home working with new and growing businesses. |
