Principal of the practice and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Giles Ferris has been engaged on matters affecting commercial and other landed property in the Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire area over the past ten years. His emphasis for the company is to provide a personal service, whereby clients can meet their surveyor and maintain direct contact with that person throughout the length of their contract.
Stimpsons Eves' client base is continually expanding. Along with major clients across the country, the Luton, Bedford and Milton Keynes areas are key to them. The firm has extensive experience in property management, dealing with rent reviews, lease negotiations and all types of commercial and industrial properties from both landlords and tenants. They also have an extensive list of properties available for pension investments.
