Bradys (formerly Brady Chartered Surveyors) was established in 1989 in Manchester City Centre to provide a niche retail and leisure property consultancy specialising in the North West market. There are two equity partners â John Brady BSc (Hons), a Fellow of the RICS and Simon Burbidge BSc (Hons), a Member of the RICS who between them have 40 years experience in the retail and leisure property market.
