We have done everything possible to make the property upload process as easy as possible for you. There are several options available for you to upload your properties.
This option can only be used if you have a website with all of your properties listed. These also need to contain your own information and images, and you agree that the copyright is not owned by a third party. We have developed a unique crawler software which scans your website and finds all of the property available, and lists it on the Commercial Route website on your behalf. It even carries out routine scans to check if the property is still on the market. If you have registered with the Commercial Route website, then your website will automatically be added to our scanning queue. If we cannot scan your site for a particular reason (e.g. copyright, technical issues etc), then we shall be in touch to inform you. To use our automated upload system, you simply need to create your free account.
Properties can also be added instantly by providing us with a data feed. If you already have all of your properties held in an electronic format and have your own system to manage all of the data, then our technical department can collaborate to link your property feed to our website and upload all of the properties directly from your system. If you don't have a website, nor properties in electronic format, you can still use our manual property upload system. We have designed it in the easiest way possible to make the upload process easy and fast, and you only need to type in the property postcode and description. All of the rest can be done by simply clicking your mouse through the various stages.
